A clean routine keeps equipment ready.
Product care does not need to be complicated. Keep the process consistent: clean what touches skin or floor, inspect anything under tension, and store equipment in a dry, organized place.
Wipe contact points.
After training, wipe handles, grips, mats, yoga props, gloves, braces, straps, and recovery tools with a soft cloth. Use mild cleaning methods and avoid soaking equipment unless the product instructions allow it.

Do not overload soft equipment.
Keep mats, bands, tubes, gloves, braces, and mobility tools away from long-term pressure from dumbbells, kettlebells, or storage racks with sharp edges.
Retire gear when it shows damage.
If resistance bands, tubes, straps, gloves, braces, or supports show cracks, tearing, loose stitching, or weak tension, stop using them and replace the item.
